Project Updates

September 20, 2024:
​The TSP update is nearing the final stretch. Thank you everyone for the feedback that we have received on this update process over the last year. The project team is currently finalizing the project list and is planning to wrap up the last pieces of the TSP around the new year.

July 15, 2024:
​The second open house is almost here! Join virtually from July 19th through August 5th or visit in-person on Tuesday, July 23rd. Find more information via the link on the homepage. The project team wants to hear your feedback on all the possible projects for the TSP, specifically which to prioritize for implementation over the next 20 years.

May 16, 2024:
​The TSP update is moving swiftly ahead, with a list of recommended solutions and projects currently being discussed. This range of recommended solutions for the previously identified needs and deficiencies for the transportation system will be open for feedback at the second open house later this summer.

March 6, 2024:
​Thank you to everyone that provided feedback at both our virtual and in-person open house opportunities a month ago. The team is combing through the helpful information we received and is using it to help identify recommended projects.

January 24, 2024:
​The first open house is right around the corner! Join virtually from January 29th through February 12th or visit in-person on Wednesday, January 31st. Find more information via the link on the homepage. The existing and future conditions assessment of the transportation system will be presented, and the project team desires to hear your feedback!

November 29, 2023:
​The Goals and Objectives for the new TSP are being formulated with the project team and will be presented for comment at the first public engagement event. The team is also wrapping up with the existing conditions analysis.

September 14, 2023:
​The Monmouth TSP update has officially begun with the project kickoff meeting taking place on September 14, 2023.  The Project Management Team is currently establishing the Project Framework and beginning existing conditions analysis.  Expect the first public engagement event for January/February 2024.
